Shipping methods

Depending on the size and quantity of the order, our products are delivered either by parcel service (DHL, UPS, Deutsche Post) or by freight forwarding.

Delivery times

• Within Germany : Shipping usually takes 3–5 business days if engraving is requested. Delivery times for service providers (Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD, GLS) are usually 1–2 business days .
• Within the EU : Delivery time approximately 5-7 working days , depending on the shipping partner.

• Standard shipping: 7.49 EUR (flat rate)
• Shipping: Price on request
• Express shipping: Price on request

Austria

• Standard shipping: 17.99 EUR

Note: For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient is responsible for any customs and import duties.

Important information on transport damage

Should damage occur during transport, we will replace the affected items or provide replacements. Please note:

• Transport damage must be reported immediately upon receipt of the goods.
• A return should be announced in advance by email or telephone.

The final shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.

We reserve the right to subsequently adjust shipping costs in the event of a large number of parcels or if we switch to pallet shipments.
