Packaging

All engraved glass products are packed to protect them from breakage during shipping. The packaging is primarily intended to safeguard the glass in transit.

Minor scratches or slight dents in the packaging cannot always be avoided. Glass products are generally heavy, so marks may occur on the box during transport by parcel services such as UPS or DHL despite careful packing. Purely cosmetic damage to the gift box is excluded from claims.

The gift box is made from single-wall cardboard wrapped in black or blue film. It is normally an individual package in which the product can be presented directly.

Personalization and finishing of packaging
