As inventors and owners of utility models protecting our products, as well as holders of copyrights to the images of these products, we fundamentally consider any trade in counterfeit items from our USB-CRYSTAL family within the scope of intellectual property rights to be an infringement of intellectual property rights. Therefore, we will file criminal charges for even the slightest infringement of our image rights or registered utility models. Furthermore, we will pursue infringements of intellectual property rights in civil court and seek injunctive relief and damages from commercial market participants.
We will definitely take legal action against any retailer who places counterfeit products of ours on the market within the scope of our intellectual property rights, whereby a legal dispute regularly costs several thousand euros, which the retailer will have to bear.
