Packaging and shipping

Your glass object is securely packaged and shipped through reliable parcel services. After dispatch, delivery within Germany normally takes place on the next business day. For urgent orders, we offer express shipping with guaranteed delivery. USB sticks are shipped free of charge within Germany; favorable shipping rates apply to other deliveries.

Visualization and proof by email

Before production, we can create a visualization of your product for presentation or artwork approval. We need the files and designs that are to be engraved in the glass.
